This was one of first Chinese dishes I learned: a simple Cantonese beef and tomato stir fry with lots of Worcestershire sauce, ginger, garlic, chilli -- poured over like gravy on white rice. Served in the bowl of my favorite beef noodle shop in Taiwan with a glass of Austrian wine and a view of New York.
