Here's a look at our Eureka! course - it's that moment when you're panning for gold and discover two golden nuggets of your own - but in this case, one is made with Acacia honey ice cream, the other with sourdough bread pudding. It's our way of interpreting a hopeful time from long ago, part of our #AmericanDreams tasting menu. (And the "dirt" doesn't go to waste - it's made with coffee, chicory, vanilla, hazelnut shells and orange zest, and we'll brew it into a pourover for you to take home).
