Watching the table descend into the center of our kitchens and seeing guests' faces as it happens is always one of my favorite moments at U.P. The table weighs a good 300lbs and is made from wood and stainless steel, suspended up on the ceiling during the day while our kitchen team is at work, and it comes down a few nights a week for an evening full of desserts.
