#MatchaMayhem meets smoothie bowls!?
Drooling over this pic of a Matcha smoothie bowl via the fabulous @nutriholist - who was also kind enough to share her recipe for this green goodness! ?
?INGREDIENTS?
+ 1-2 cups green chard
+ Handful of dandelion greens
+ 1 packet of Your Tea Matcha powder
+ 1/2 mango
+ 1 orange
+ 1" piece of fresh ginger
+ Dash of rosewater + more water to blend
?METHOD?
+ Blitz all ingredients together
+ Top it with some chia pudding mixed with almond milk, mango & kiwi slices, and rose petals?
