Another #MatchaMayhem favourite in this nicecream via the fabulous @healthiecook ?

What you'll need:
5-6 frozen bananas
1/2 or 1 scoop vegan protein powder (optional! I like the extra protein for post workout + it makes this even creamier haha! ?)
1-2 sachets @Your Tea matcha (~1-2 tsp matcha powder)
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract (optional)
1-2 tbsp sweetener (optional)
Toppings of choice (I used strawbs ?, choc sauce ?, granola -> after I took the pic haha)

Method:
Simply blend everything in a food processor/vitamix till turned into creamy goodness! Try not to add any liquid for best texture! *You'll have to scrape down the sides occasionally when blending*
