I feel blessed to have been raised by mountain loving parents in a way that helped me to discover the wonders of climbing and the outdoors. A few years ago I put a few months of work into developing a program that would afford others similar opportunities. My own climbing got in the way but I have always thought that someone needed to pursue the idea. It turns out someone has. It's called #hmigap The program is aimed at young climbers and focuses on things that are close to my heart: adventure, rock climbing, and protecting wild places.
