Reverse lunges! These are the same as a regular lunge, but instead of stepping FORWARD into a lunge, you're stepping BACK into a lunge. This makes balancing a little harder, so start with your hands on your hips, and squeeze everything! Make sure your front leg is always forming a right angle, knee directly over ankle as you sink into your lunge.
