In Tokyo, a vibrant area of the city called Ginza we run a competition with 85 bars, with each one using one of the 85 flavours found by Colin Scott, our Master Blender, to create a unique cocktail. This runs for 85 days and is voted by local consumers. Meet Hiromi Oyama from Coffee Bar K who has been crowned the #winner with her drink 'Petite Siesta' - Chivas 18 with Raspberry Liqueur, Pomegranate and fresh Lemon juice, topped with soda water and garnished with fresh mint.
