THE LOCAL WAY
COCKTAIL NAME: EL JORNALERO
INGREDIENTS:
50 ml Chivas 12
20 ml Licor Amaro Averna
15 ml Dry Chilli and Cacao syrup
10 ml Dry Vermouth
3 dash of Mezcal infused with orange/coffee
TECHNIQUE: Throwing
PRESENTATION: Served in a black, clay, Oaxaca jar. Garnished with a dried orange and cacao.
INSPIRATION: When we make Mexican cocktails, we almost always use lots of ingredients and lots of fruits, so in this cocktail I wanted to also use characteristic ingredients from Mexico, such as mezcal, cacao, coffee, citrus fruits and of course dry chilli which create a more classic style cocktails instead of using fruits or juices.#chivasmasters #scotch #whisky #cocktails
