My younger brother Tim stretching out my calves after a heavy training week! Stretching is an important part of training and recovery and I'm so grateful that Tim has offered to foam roll and help me stretch a couple times a week.
This adds to the awesome support I get from my massage therapist Hans Lutters (weekly massages- so so helpful) and brilliant physio Tamsin Chittock (she honestly makes a massive difference to keep me up and running smoothly).
