There are however, fun moments as well, like when these Enga boys from the highlands of Papua New Guinea surprised me by popping their bubblegum during a performance at the cultural Sing Sing Festival of Mount Hagen.  The festival gathers over 20,000 people from the highlands to compete for "cultural integrity".
