A sweaty mess! Literally only have a 30 min window to train today so I've done 20 mins HIIT (in hill sprints) ? plus a 10 min stretch. I was more tired doing that then I was doing the 5k run on Saturday. You don't have to train for ages! That little 20 mins has set me up for the day! My heart was pounding and I was sweating like crazy! I'm Now going to scoff a bowl of oats and whey protein and ace this day like a boss! ???? Happy Friday!
