To be honest, the pre-op procedure wasn't what I was preparing for...more painful than I expected. I cried like a baby while I dug my nails in my fiance's hand. I plan on writing and sharing my experience with those who want to read.
When I am scared or in pain, I think about children who are going through similar procedures. Kids don't belong in hospitals but unfortunately some of them do. ? If these tough kids can endure the pain, I should be able to too. #FightLikeAGirl ?? #breastcancerawareness
