Bread is the most widely consumed and shared food across the world. Whether it's ciabatta in Italy, baguette in France, naan in India, it is one of the first things travelers will try out when abroad. Because bread is comfy. Bread reminds us of home.
At Salone del Mobile, #MakersandBakers reunites cultures and flavors at a shared table. And until Friday, Carter Were (@WereBros) will be making bread and toasts at our venue at Ristorante Marta, just for you.

Carter is from New Zealand where she shares her love of food with others. She trained as a baker in Australia before returning to her hometown to establish Were Brothers. Her focus is on organic and locally sourced ingredients, and she loves to experiment with sprouted, seeded and sourdough breads. And even with our Bélo!
