30 Minute Leg Workout ?? This is a great workout combining weighted and bodyweight exercises to really get you sweaty and turn your legs to jelly! Basically it's a circuit of 6 exercises. You complete these exercises back to back with no rest in between. Once you've done all 6, rest for a minute or two and then repeat the circuit. Do this 6 times. Bosh, workout done! ?? Here's the moves: ➡️ 20 Jumping Lunges ➡️ 15 Goblet Squats ➡️ 20 Low Side Lunges ➡️ 15 Kettlebell Deadlifts ➡️ 10 Reverse Lunges into High Knees (each side) ➡️ 10 Squat Jumps ?
