#FlavorGod SHRIMP BLT SALAD with GARLIC VINAIGRETTE'

SALAD INGREDIENTS
-
2 tsp paprika
1 Tbsp + 1 tsp FlavorGod GARLIC LOVERS Seasoning
1 tsp FlavorGod EVERYTHING SPICY Seasoning
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1 lb. shrimp (peeled and deveined)
3-4 slices cooked bacon
3 Tbsp bacon fat, olive oil or coconut oil
Juice of 1 lime
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Garnish: avocado slices

VINAIGRETTE INGREDIENTS

3 Tbsp of avocado oil or olive oil
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 medium garlic clove, pressed
Salt & Pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook bacon. Remove and drain slices on paper towels. Reserve 3 Tbsp bacon fat.

Lightly blot dry shrimp. In a small bowl, combine paprika, FlavorGod GARLIC LOVERS, Flavor God EVERYTHING SPICY, and salt and pepper. Sprinkle over or dredge shrimp through the combined seasoning mix.

Reheat skillet with the 3 Tbsp of bacon fat (or use fresh olive oil or coconut oil) to medium-high. --
Cook shrimp (in batches if necessary) just 2-3 minutes or until coating is golden and shrimp are opaque.

For the garlic vinaigrette, simply whisk together ingredients in a small bowl and drizzle over salad or serve on the side.

Toss everything together and garnish with avocado slices.
