Under the light of the full moon, a man solemnly prays, surrounded by offerings of flowers swirling in the sacred waters that pour into a pool at the Tirta Empul temple in Gianyar Village on the island of Bali in Indonesia. This photograph was part of the Sacred Water story I did for National Geographic, an edit which was in the final projection, falling to the editing floor, never appearing in the magazine, sharing this lovely moment to all the #natgeo followers from my former home, Bali.
