Yesterday I did Wet Dream Right V11/8A. It was awesome. So were the people I was with. @rayanythingg @thervproject @jaesonwp
It felt amazing to top out this infamous boulder, even if it was the easiest line on the block. I started working it back in November before I left for Thailand, left for two months, came back light and fit and felt pretty good on if. Mentally, I hit a huge wall with the last move. I don't know if it was watching my friend snap her ankle on a highball, or what, but it was super frustrating, I'd get to the top out from the start and just bail. I've always taken pride in my strong head game for taller things, so it was really unlike me. This went on for months, until Monday, when I brought out a pack of big, strong, men and we all carried two pads. I sacked up and finally went for the move, didn't stick it, but fell straight down onto a perfect pit of foam and six giant hands. The curse was broken. I went back yesterday and finished her off.
