A moment of #zen - our KFD (Korean French Dip) sandwich, with tender slices of prime rib and a kimchi marmalade, on a soft black garlic-laced potato bread, gets a side of spicy serrano or savory shiitake Kalbi jus for a proper French dip with a Korean twist.
