WEST VILLAGE! This weekend, Chef @deukihong from #kanghodongbaekjeong and I are teaming up to bring you the KFD (Korean French Dip) here at #DominiqueAnselKitchen. It's our take on a French dip sandwich but with a French and Korean twist - with tender slow roasted prime rib and kimchi marmalade, served on a soft potato bread studded with black garlic and spread with garlic butter. To finish, choose either a shiitake mushroom or a spicy serrano kalbi jus to dip the sandwich into. Coming this Friday starting at 6pm, and Saturday and Sunday at 12pm. #KFD #KoreanFrenchDip
