My new Garlic Herb and Pink Salt flavor was used to cook the chickpeas as well as prepare the sauce they were served with. A beautiful dish???‼️

Roasted Garlic Chickpea Salad with Garlic Yogurt Dressing

Ingredients-
1 can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
2 tsp olive oil
@Flavorgod Seasonings Garlic and Herb Pink Salt
5 oz of plain yogurt
½ English cucumber, chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
Juice of half a lemon

Lettuce
Tomatoes cut into quarters
Sliced red cabbage
Sliced Cucumbers

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain chickpeas and pat dry with a paper towel. Place on a baking sheet and add oil and season with @Flavorgod Seasonings Garlic and Herb Pink Salt. Bake in oven for 30 minutes, turning every 10 minutes. In a food processor, add yogurt, cucumber, oil, and lemon juice. Blend until sooth and season with #FlavorGod Garlic & Herb Pink Salt.

Serve chickpeas on a salad of lettuce, tomatoes, cabbage, and cucumbers. Serve with Garlic Yogurt Dressing.
