GRILLED GARLIC-LIME SKIRT STEAK with VEGGIES

A simple marinade, steak from @5280meat, and FLAVOR GOD GARLIC & HERB PINK SALT all work together to make this an easy and awesome grilled meal.

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lbs skirt steak
1 Tbsp fresh garlic, minced
1 tsp FLAVORGOD GARLIC & HERB PINK SALT
1 lime, juiced
2 Tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Suggested grilling vegetables: bell peppers, zucchini, spring onions
Extra lime wedges

INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine minced garlic, olive oil, juiced lime, salt and pepper, and FLAVORGOD GARLIC & HERB PINK SALT. Place in sealable plastic bag along with skirt steak (cut steak into two or three sections for easier grilling). Marinate at least 2 hours or overnight.

Remove steak from bag and discard marinade. Grill over medium-high direct heat for about 3 minutes per side for medium rare.

Slice peppers and zucchini into sections. Drizzle with olive oil and season with FLAVORGOD GARLIC & HERB PINK SALT. Grill veggies alongside steak until grill marks appear.

Allow steak to stand about 5 minutes, then cut across grain into slices. Serve with grilled veggies and extra lime wedges for additional flavor.
