Today me and @bigobread folks spent a lovely day in my kitchen on pulling strudel and listening to the music. We made 4 different kinds including apple - manchego cheese, poached pears with honey and caramelised almonds, apple - peanut butter and savory one with buckwheat, mushrooms and sauerkraut.
