Midnight Land-Escape.
This was a late night on the island where I met up w/ 5 year Instagram friend @monkm. I believe Monika, @greg.gerla (formerly the artist known as leggomygreggo) and @obscuralucida are the earliest people I followed on Instagram who I didn't know IRL.
I've always enjoyed taking the virtual relationship offline and meeting other users in person (ya know "InstaMeeting"). As usual, Instagrams community doesn't disappoint. What a time to travel the world where we can be so far away from home and always have like minded people like to connect with.
I know there are some technical changes in store for Instagram in the near future, but I will always be grateful for the real connections it's created (and continues to create) around this world. (Oh and a big mahalo to whoever left their beach chair out and allowing me to use it as a tripod for this shot??) #LeicaQ
