I ate my Easter eggs & some choc bunnies yesterday ? This morning I woke up feeling sluggish & a bit crappy. I Totally Expected it as we all know you are what you eat! But it's Easter Weekend! Exceptions made 1000% in our house. It really affects me when I don't eat right. I lack energy, never sleep good, have headaches & feel generally moody. It's like a hangover actually ? That's THE MAIN reason I prioritise eating nutritious food. It's about how I FEEL & MY HEALTH BEFORE how I look) Anyway, Due to not feeling 100% I decided to take it easy training wise, So today I did an hour walk with the dogs before my breakie & at the gym I worked on strength & stability with my body weight as apposed to using the machines. I actually enjoyed it & I still feel like I've had a good workout ?? (between a few chocolate burps) these reverse lunges with stability ball worked my quads, glutes & core and man did I feel it! I did 4 sets of 15 on each leg. My Leggings are from @fitness.maximum ??
