Afternoons and #chocolatechip walnut #cookies @levain_bakery. I still remember my first Levain cookie. My sous chef brought it to @restaurantdaniel just before service, and before I knew it, I finished a whole bag. It's that moist doughy type of slightly underbaked cookie with crispy edges and a high dome that's the signature. Been a fan ever since. #nofilter
