Just a few years ago I spent my nights scraping grease out of the small vents above restaurant kitchens. Crawling in the vents among rats and cockroaches while spraying chemicals to break down the sticky and disgusting greases that get stuck to the walls.
At 6am when I got off work I would go surf and try to get the grease out of my hair before heading into class.
Now I am lucky enough to spend my nights outside staring up at some of the most beautiful landscapes in the world! ...Never give up on your dreams, hard work pays off!
