PH: With more night races, how does your preparation differ in terms of eating, sleeping and resting?

RG: We treat Singapore as a European race - we get there as late as we can on Wednesday afternoon which is actually Wednesday morning in Europe, and go to bed at around 3am and wake up around 3pm. We live like that for 3-4 days.

We don’t live like this for too many days because we wouldn’t see the sun much and our energy level would go down.
