@Tim Laman at Lake Kusharo, Hokkaido. I do most of my photography projects in the tropical regions, but I also like cold climates, like the beautiful winter in Hokkaido, Japan. If you are going to spend hours on the shores of Lake Kusharo in cold weather photographing swans, like I was here, its good to have a very warm down jacket (and a big lens)!
