We teach our girls to be perfect, and it makes them afraid to fail, says Reshma Saujani, founder of Girls Who Code. She believes that fear is hurting women's careers and leaving them underrepresented in fields, like tech, that are now shaping the future. Instead, we need to teach bravery and make it ok to fail.
