Still struggling on my footwork for boxing after years of Muay Thai.
The Muay Thai stance is typically very forward and square allowing you to throw lead and rear kicks, and also throw elbows and knees. Boxers tend to have a narrower and longer stance. This is Something I really need to focus on and something I get Soooo angry about! ? @mike_taylormade_taylor has heard me cuss every word under the sun when I get it wrong. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to learning a new skill. I sometimes need to remember that Rome wasn't built in a day... ???
