So I've Been looking at ways to strengthen my core & I found this little burner on a yoga YouTube video a while back. This is tough, but I've really noticed a difference in my core strength since doing them. It says to keep your back flat when in the lying position DO NOT arch! Also it advises to rest in child's pose after your set to stretch out the lower back. This is the advanced version as well, to start off with you can keep the straight leg on the floor so only the bent leg lifts. Start that way and work your way up to both legs hovering. Slow and steady movement & remember to breathe! Namaste bitches ???
