? My brother and I loved watching reruns of Get Smart on TV when we were kids. When our parents let us get a dog, we were such big fans that we decided if it was a girl her name would be Agent 99 and if it was a boy he would be Maxwell. On weekends, my Dad made us pancakes and the leftover batter would get made into a gigantic pancake for Max. After breakfast we would all go watch him eat it on our back patio together. Max had this particular method of eating the pancake along the edge, never letting it fall to the ground, chomping it in a circular motion so it would just spin, around and around, getting smaller and smaller, until there was nothing left. This being before YouTube, I made a videotape of his pancake eating method for a project at school, and it was a huge hit. It's fascinating how many memories one photo can hold, and how it has the power to allow so many more memories to flood in. Happy Throwback Thursday! ?
