Supporters waited for Evo Morales, the president of Bolivia, to pass by last week in Sica Sica, a town in an indigenous region. A nationwide referendum to allow the president to seek a 4th term was recently defeated. President Morales is not alone. Other Latin American leftists have suddenly felt their longevity ebb as a tide rises against them. But is the wave of discontent a rejection of the left?
