#BuonGiorno & happy #SundayMorning! The news is that, after I-don't-know-how-many months I baked a #sourdough loaf! It is to be considered a miracle that I have kept my sourdough starter alive even though I haven't been baking for such a long time. In fact, this is not the best loaf I've ever baked but it's definitely a good start. It's half #WholeGrain rye and half semi whole wheat, with pumpkin seeds and linseeds inside and nigella seeds on top. One could say I'm obsessed with nigella seeds recently and they'd be right!
