GRILLED SALMON & PROSCIUTTO-WRAPPED ASPARAGUS

Easy and flavor-packed grilled salmon and asparagus from @paleo_newbie_recipes. Featuring salmon from @sizzlefishfit and my Garlic Lovers and Lemon Garlic seasonings. Both of these flavors combined are an excellent combination for seafood dishes ??‼️

INGREDIENTS

2-3 sockeye salmon filets, skin on
Fresh ground pepper
@Flavorgod Seasonings LEMON & GARLIC seasoning
1 bunch of asparagus (about 1 lb.)
About 10 thin slices of prosciutto
@Flavorgod Seasonings GARLIC LOVERS seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS:
Heat grill to medium high. Oil grates well. Brush filets lightly with olive oil. Season flesh-side liberally with ground pepper and Flavor God LEMON & GARLIC Seasoning. Pat gently to adhere. Grill filets 3-4 minutes flesh side down first, then turn over and cook skin-side down until salmon is opaque and flakes easily.

Wrap 2-3 stalks of asparagus with one slice of prosciutto – use toothpick to hold in place if necessary. Sprinkle stalks with olive oil, then season liberally with Flavor God GARLIC LOVERS Seasoning. Grill 6-8 minutes turning once, or until prosciutto is slightly crisp.
