Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 egg Whites
1 tsp melted butter
2 tbsp of skim milk
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
2 oz of Italian Chicken Sausage, cooked and chopped
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese

Spray Oil

In a bowl Whisk together the eggs, egg whites, butter, milk, red pepper, sausage, and #FlavorGod Garlic Lovers Seasoning. coat a nonstick muffin tray with spray oil and pour egg mixture into each muffin cup, filling about 3/4 of the way full. Top muffins with cheese and more @Flavorgod Seasonings Garlic Lovers Seasoning and Bake in a 365 degree oven for about 20 - 23 minutes.
