beautiful locally grown winter mushrooms - each with a different color flavor texture - the crimini for deep richness, oyster creamy nuttiness & bright sweet beech mushrooms - roasted (my new favorite way to prepare them) with olive oil thyme & sage from the garden (which I was surprised to see still green under the snow!) they will accompany a hearty farro risotto & crispy green salad for dinner
