In this image, a reporter interviews one of the "#LittleRockNine," the first nine #AfricanAmerican students to attend Little Rock Central High School in Arkansas after Brown v. The Board of Education deemed school #segregation unconstitutional. The townspeople prevented them from remaining at school but President Eisenhower intervened and the Little Rock Nine finished school under federal protection. Little Rock, Arkansas.
