In 1995, I was in the military in French Guiana, where I was actually assigned as a cook in the kitchen as part of my duties. It was also the year when this bottle of #Champagne was made. 20 years...how fast time flies. (Truly a great bottle though with well rounded hints of apricot and honey. And glad to have shared it with @lamthuyvo @patbrett and @ujessu).
