When you spend your days tasting pastries, you have to find ways to sneak in healthy fruits and veggies, so I bought a juicer (mostly to try and resist drinking coffee ?) and I've started making a morning #greenjuice with pineapple, green apple, mint, celery and cucumber. Stopped by the @todayshow studios recently to share my #morningroutine (check it out here: on.today.com/1PGsbgM). So far, so good...although my plan hasn't quite stuck because I'm back to a coffee a day, so I suppose I'll just continue doing both - a fresh juice first thing in the morning and a double macchiato when I get to the shop. ? #ItsAllAboutBalance @todayfood
