WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE QUITTING, THINK ABOUT WHY YOU STARTED. Even for me it's pretty hard in this #bulkingseason. But I keep on remembering myself WHY I do this. I'm doing this for me. To be happy in my own skin & no one can stop me from reaching this goal. One of the greatest moments for me is the fact that I feel and see I'm getting way stronger than I was before. It takes a lot of time, sweat, tears and food.. especially food haha😝 the right nutrition is critical! 🍜
From now on I'm gonna start the shredding again and hope to be in perfect shape when I'm going to 🔜 Salon De body in Paris & after that to FIBO germany 🙌 Hope to see you there!! 😙
