For me I've always loved working out the OLD SCHOOL way! The Arnold split training! Bench press use to be a weekly exercise for me but for some reason I haven't done it in awhile. It felt SO GOOD to get on the bench and just press!?

I feel most women avoid this exercise because they think your boobs will turn into muscle? This has to be one of the biggest myths in bodybuilding for women. Now if you are at a very low body fat they do tend to get smaller. But honestly I've always incorporated this exercise for years and I really feel it's why I've kept a good breast size even at very low weight being able to build the muscle underneath.

Bench pressing is not just for your chest muscles either. I feel it's really been a factor in building great semetry for my overall physique. I went light on bench press today breaking back in the gym. Remember it's not always about the weight you push to get results. RESULTS IN BODYBUILDING is based on FORM. -
