Dear friends I have a theory to share and I apologize if it's crazy. But isn't there something weird with everyone making new babies while there is already millions of children on this planet dreaming to be adopted and loved? If you are conscious that humans are just a big family you should understand my point of view. After talking to a lot of new parents about it I have discovered that it's men that are usually against the idea of adopting while women are way more open to the idea. So what if it all comes from men INSECURITIES? The same insecurity that makes men SCARED of "being gay", SCARED of not being "real men", SCARED of being feminine. What if it's just too challenging for the ego of a man to not have HIS OWN KID, from HIS OWN BLOOD, and HIS OWN WOMAN? Is adopting just "not what real men do"? I had a complete absent Dad, that I didn't see for 10 years of my life, and I know the same story is happening to a lot of people. In fact out of all the people I have met in my life only a handful of people can say they had a good and present father. SO WHAT IF THE REASON MEN DON'T WANT TO ADOPT IS BECAUSE ADOPTING MEANS CARING? It's true. A men can have sex tomorrow and get to be called "a dad" for the rest of his life, even without doing anything ever for this kid! But when you adopt it's different. You don't get called "a dad" because of genetics, you need to earn i with your heart. My point is ADOPTING MEANS CARING and much men are not ready to care for their children because they are totally rejecting the caring/loving side of them. Anyway just some thoughts I would love to hear yours on it ? And just so you know, I am in peace having more feminine than masculine in me. Nothing wrong with that ? ? & baby by @ameliakyoga :)
