Ahead of her new show @vamuseum, celebrated ceramicist #AlisonBritton is taking over the AnOther Instagram with an array of stripe-inspired imagery. Last up, a pair of textile print samples by Barron & Larche. "I love these complex stripes, designed by print pioneers Phyllis Barron and Dorothy Larcher and hand block-printed in indigo in the 1920s. Two huge sample books of their inspiring work were compiled by Robin Tanner in the 1970s and can be seen in the Crafts Study Centre in Farnham. This is my favourite spread from the books – they compare and diverge with such strong beauty."
