I've been getting a lot of requests for my workouts so I figured why not. This video has me doing some of my favorite leg workouts I normally do about 10-12 different exercises on my leg days
1. hip abduction I do 100lbs with 50 reps and 4 sets
2. Push downs I do 70lbs, 50 reps with 4 sets on both legs
3. Leg press I did 270lbs, 7 sets of 50 reps
4. Donkey kicks I do 65lbs, 25 reps with 5 sets on both legs.
