GRILLED LAMB CHOPS

My Pink Salt and Pepper and Garlic Lovers seasonings combine to yield a delicious recipe for grilled lamb chops by @strictly_fitness_. As the recipe suggests, you can either grill or broil with my FlavorGod seasonings???

Ingredients:
1 frenched lamb rack, 8 ribs
½ cup of nonfat plain greek yogurt
½ teaspoon of #Flavorgod S+P
1 teaspoon of #Flavogod Garlic Lover’s Seasoning
Rosemary, minced for garnish

Directions:
1. Cut your frenched lamb rack into 2 ribs per piece of meat.
2. Coat lamb chops with #Flavorgod Garlic Lover’s Seasoning and #Flavorgod S+P, cover and let stand at room temperature for approximately 30 minutes.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Add chops to the grill for 3 minutes per side for medium. You may also broil the chops in the oven at 5 minutes per side for medium.
4. Plate with a side of non-fat plain greek yogurt and garnish with minced rosemary.
