Ingredients:
▪️Head of cauliflower, chopped into large florets
▪️1/2 cup Flour or almond meal
▪️1/2 cup milk
▪️1 tsp. Baking powder
▪️@Flavorgod Seasonings Garlic Lovers, 1 tsp.
▪️@Flavorgod Seasonings habanero, about 1 tsp. Or more.
For sauce:
?2/3 cup Franks red hot
?1/2 cup unsalted butter
?1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
?1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
?@Flavorgod Seasonings habanero, to taste
?@Flavorgod Seasonings garlic lovers, to taste

? combine flour, baking powder, @Flavorgod Seasonings garlic lovers, @Flavorgod Seasonings habanero, & milk in a medium bowl to create a batter.
? dip cauliflower pieces in batter & set aside on a wire rack.
? heat 1 cup or so of oil in a small fry pan & fry cauliflower until golden brown.
? in a separate sauce pan, combine Franks red hot, butter, white vinegar, Worcestershire & @Flavorgod Seasonings seasonings until all combined & hot.
? toss the crispy cauliflower in sauce & serve!
? add some bleu cheese crumbles if you're feeling fancy ?!
