Broiled Salmon over Pan Seared Bok Choy with a Ginger Sauce

Pan seared Bok Choy was a quick pan sear. Recipe further down my ig page.

Ingredients:
?Salmon -1 1/4 pounds - center-cut salmon fillet /cut into 4 portions
?Bok Choy

Garnish:
?Micro greens
?Toasted Sesame seeds

Sauce:
?1 tablespoon - sesame seeds / toasted
?2 tablespoons - white miso paste
?1/4 cup - mirin / Japanese rice wine
?1 tablespoon - lime juice
?1 tablespoon - fresh ginger / minced
?1 tablespoon - rice vinegar
?1 tablespoon - sesame oil
?1 tbsp - garlic / minced
?1 teaspoon - Flavorgod Pink Salt&Pepper
?1 tbsp - FlavorGod (any flavor) seasoning

Directions:
?Position oven rack in upper part oven.
?Preheat Broiler.
?On a baking sheet lightly coat with oil.
?Toast sesame seeds in a small dry skillet over low heat, stirring constantly, until fragrant, 4 minutes. Set aside.
?Whisk sauce ingredients in a small bowl until smooth.
Split sauce in 2 bowls. Use one bowl for brushing salmon. And one bowl of sauce for dipping sauce.
?Place salmon fillets, skin-side down, on baking sheet. Brush generously with the miso mixture. Broil salmon, 3 to 4 inches from the heat source, until opaque in the center, 6 to 8 minutes.
?Transfer the salmon atop of the Bok Choy and garnish with the sesame seeds and scallions.
