I always love this time of year because it's time to make our Galette des Rois, the traditional French "King's Cake." Each galette is made with a flaky reversed puff pastry crust filled with almond frangipane (think: almond croissant in cake form!), carefully scored on top to resemble a crown. Watch @karysll88 go!
